Creating Tokens

The initial step to launching on Ballistic is creating a token profile.

On the Create Token page, you'll fill in all the necessary information about your project, including:

• Token Type

• Deployer wallet

• Token Details

• Media & Description

• PumpFun/Bonk Vanity Addresses

• Social Links

To get started, navigate to the main page and click "Create Token."

Token Type

Choose the type of the token you want to launch

Ballistic currently supports three token types: PumpFun, Bonk, standard SPL tokens (for Raydium) and Bags (on Import). Support for SOL2022 and Meteora is planned.

Deployer Wallet

Here you can either generate or paste the private key of the Deployer AKA Dev wallet.

Always save up private keys you generate through Ballistic! You will need them during all the stages of your launch.

Token Details

Fill in all the necessary details of your token. If you select PumpFun/Bonk there are no Decimals and Supply fields.

On Solana, token names can be up to 32 bytes (characters) long, and the ticker (symbol) can be up to 10 bytes (characters).

Keep these limits in mind when naming your token. Ballistic won't let you create a token that exceeds them.

Media & Description

Just Upload your Token Image and add Description, Ballistic will take care of compressing and resizing your image according to Solana requirements

Description limit is 1000 bytes (characters) !

Usage of PumpFun Vanity Address

You can opt for your token to end with "pump". This feature is available even for Raydium tokens.

Soon we'll integrate custom ending generation, such as "cash".

Paste your project's links here. All link fields are optional.

Pro tip - avoid reusing Twitter accounts for launches. It will be shown on most of the modern scanners like gmgn.ai or Axiom
